1. Group Plates

Content of stannum (Tin or Sn) as high as 1.1~ 1.4%, instead of 0.6~1.1% in normal batteries, the other formula such as silver and rare earth

elements are used to improve plates’ corrosion resistance, batteries’ whole performance and batteries’ duration.

2. Alloy process Control

Graphene is one of the ingredients used in plates manufacturing, to make sure Leike power batteries better Charge and Discharge ability. Ratio of Charge to Discharge is about 1.07 instead of 1.03.
Formula and ingredient’s control, enhance the electricity conversion, decrease the internal resistance during charging.

3. Control of Charge and Discharge

Capacity consistency: shows in “drop-out voltage” which close to the discharge ending of batteries group.
Open-circuit voltage consistency: show in “Open-circuit voltage drop”, after 48 hours of batteries grouping.
